New Work

The recent kiln load reinforced my love of frost on white glazing to enhance the form while also maintaining it’s elegance and simplicity.

These two simple thrown forms have also challenged me to create taller, thinner forms with less clay. These weigh one and a half pounds each. I continue to see how far I can push the clay and shortly will revisit driving this design taller towards twelve and fourteen inches.
